      (borrowed from the HEADER brand small, which in Blogger is a different
      element with its own rule) — "SHOP" rendered smaller and spaced out.
      Restored to the Blogger default here.
   3. LINK HOVER: Blogger has NO footer link hover rule — links stay #777.
      WP style.css added a purple (#875ff5) hover that Blogger never had.
      Hover now keeps #777, as in Blogger.
